TAKE NOTICE THAT A REGULAR MEETING OF THE LIBRARY BOARD OF THE CITY OF PHARR, TEXAS WILL BE HELD AT THE PHARR MEMORIAL LIBRARY,

121 E. CHEROKEE  PHARR, TEXAS

COMMENCING AT 6:00 P.M.

May 17, 2012

In compliance with Chapter 551 of the Texas Government Code, Vernon’s Texas Codes Annotated (Open Meetings Act), NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE LIBRARY BOARD OF THE CITY OF PHARR, TEXAS will be meeting in a regular called meeting to consider and discuss the following:

I, the undersigned authority, do hereby certify that the above Notice of said Meeting of the Library Board of the City of Pharr was posted on a bulletin board in  City Hall  and readily accessible to the general public at all times and on the city’s web page at www.pharr-tx.gov; that said Notice was posted on the 8th day of May, 2012 at 4:00 P.M. and; the said Notice will remain posted continuously for at least 72 hours preceding the scheduled time of said Meeting, in compliance with Chapter 551 of the Texas Government Code (Open Meetings Act).
