The Board of Commissioners shall appoint a Board of Adjustments composed of five (5) members and two (2) alternates. The Director of Planning, or his authorized representative, shall be an ex-officio member of the Zoning Board of Adjustment without power of vote and as an ex-officio member of such board shall set up and maintain a separate file for each application for appeal.
