City of Pharr Audited Annual Financial Reports
The City Charter and the State Local Government Code requires an annual audit to be completed, presented, and approved by the City Commission no later than 180 days after the end of each fiscal year. The City’s fiscal year starts October 1 and ends September 30.

Interim Financial Reports
Due to the City’s continued effort to improve transparency and full disclosure on a timely and accurate manner, the Finance Department, with the assistance of all department directors, compiled the City’s major fiscal data and prepared the City’s (non-audited) Comprehensive Quarterly Financial Report.
