Department Summary
Mission: The Office of Information Technology will provide the highest quality technology-based enterprise-wide services in the most cost-effective manner, to facilitate Pharr’s Mission as it applies to management, city staff and our community to improve productivity and ensure data security while improving customer service to all the stakeholders of Pharr.
Vision: The Office of Information Technology will be a proactive leader, identifying issues and offering innovative solutions to enable City Departments to accomplish their goals and provide quality services to our citizens more effectively and efficiently.
