Parks & Recreation
The Pharr Parks and Recreation Department consists of a total of four service areas: the parks maintenance division, recreation and athletics, a local municipal golf course, and building maintenance. We oversee a total of Ten parks, eight landscaping areas, six public buildings, and the Tierra Del Sol Golf Club. Our mission is to provide quality of life services in the community through youth and adult recreational and leisure opportunities. Our friendly staff looks forward to assisting you.
