Jesse J. Medina Bridge Director
The Pharr-Reynosa International Bridge is under the direction of Mr. J. Medina, former Police Chief of Pharr. Bridge Director Mr. Medina is responsible for the well being of the bridge and employees. The Pharr bridge operates from 6:00 a.m. to 12:00 a.m. and is open 365 days a year. The staff at the bridge also includes 13 Toll Collectors, 3 Supervisors, and a janitor.
