UTILITY BILLING DEPARTMENT

The Utility Billing Department’s main responsibility is to bill and collect for water service, sewer service, sanitation service and provide quality customer service to the residents of Pharr.
The Utility Billing Department sends out bills once a month via mail. The residents may make payment at: City Hall, 118 S. Cage 1st floor, at our drive-thru at the same address, at a payment substation (listed at the bottom of this page) or mail in their payment to: Utility Department, PO Box 1729, Pharr, TX 78577.

Disconnection of Water Service
Disconnection of service can be made in person, by mail, fax or email. Just fill out the Cut-Off Request form and send it with a copy of a picture ID of the account holder. Please make sure to include a forwarding address in your request.
