The Chamber of Commerce in partnership with City of Pharr worked tirelessly to bring about the celebration of Pharr’s 100th birthday March 28, 2009. All were invited to enjoy the fun, games, food, entertainment, VIPs! And it all took place in Pharr’s Historical Downtown District.
